Compass-Me Program


Description
Compass-Me is a manualized group program for neurotypical and neurodivergent youth ages 11–18+. The program uses inclusive evidence-based practices to develop life skills, build resilience, and support overall wellbeing.
Directors and facilitators will learn to set up and lead Compass-Me groups, use session plans and resources effectively, and manage challenges. You’ll also explore key concepts of neurodiversity and learn practical techniques for facilitating inclusive and diverse groups that help every participant thrive.

Program Components
Exam: Learners have 3 attempts to score a 80% or higher on the untimed exam.
Capstone Session: Learners must attend a 1-hour virtual capstone session with an instructor, which features final course content and a Q&A session. Sessions are hosted regularly with multiple learners, providing participants with flexible options to join the session that best fits their schedule.
